1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • You may request an exchange for defective products within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
  • Products marked as final sale or non-exchangeable cannot be returned under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Process:

  • We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided via email for the return of the defective item.

5. Replacement Items:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement item as soon as possible. You will be notified via email once your exchange has been processed.
